1. Charter Rates:

The charter rates offered by Executive Black may vary based on the season.

The minimum requirement for a charter is three hours.

These rates are valid within the Chicago land area, which extends 40 miles from downtown Chicago.

The charter must originate within these boundaries and should not go beyond these boundaries for the entire ride.

For car services required beyond these boundaries and not covered under a flat rate, please contact our office for a customized quote.

 2. Executive Black Rate:

 The rate for an SUV is $300 for the first 3 hours (minimum requirement).

For every additional hour, a charge of $85.00 per hour will apply.

3.Reservation Policy:

 All reservations made with Executive Black are subject to guaranteed payment.

At the time of making the reservation, the credit card number provided will be used for this purpose.

If the service is not canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, charges for the reservation will be billed to the credit card number provided.

As we embark on our journey together, we want to ensure transparency regarding our service policies. To maintain the quality of our service and cover additional costs, please be informed about our approach to charges during your trip:

 In the event of any mess or vomit in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $150.00.

Charges for damages will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.

Excessive wait time may result in additional charges. We encourage promptness to ensure a timely and efficient service.

Additional stopovers may incur extra charges. Please communicate any changes in advance. To facilitate these charges, they will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card. Charges will occur in two transactions – the first at the time of reservation and, if applicable, the second at the end of your trip.

 4. Surcharges:

 A late-night/early-morning surcharge of $20 will be applicable for services starting between 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM.

An additional charge of $15 will be applicable for stopovers, limited to a maximum of 15 minutes. After that, a charge of $1 per minute will apply.

 5. Wait Time:

 Wait Time Outside of the Airport:

 A 15-minute grace period will be allowed from the scheduled pickup time. After that, a charge of $1.00 per minute will apply until departure.

6. Wait Time Inside of the Airport:

For domestic flights, a 45-minute grace period will be allowed from the time your plane has gated. After that, a charge of $1.00 per minute will apply until departure. For international flights, a 75-minute grace period will be allowed from the time your plane has gated. After that, a charge of $1.00 per minute will apply until departure.

7. Cancellation Policy:

 A minimum notice of 3 hours is required to change or cancel your reservation.

If the cancellation is made less than three hours before the scheduled pickup time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

This cancellation fee does not apply to flight cancellations due to weather or events beyond your control.

 8. Special Event Transportation:

 Executive black offers special event transportation services for weddings, nights out, concerts, anniversaries, and more.

Our chauffeurs will ensure you arrive in style and elegance, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special occasion. 

 9. Transportation to Sporting Events:

 Executive black provides transportation services to professional sports games, collegiate-level sporting events, and more throughout the Midwest.

Our chauffeurs are knowledgeable about the various stadiums and venues in the area, ensuring a smooth and timely arrival to the game.

 10. Long-Distance Charters:

 While our regular service operates within a 40-mile radius of Chicago, we also offer long-distance charters for football, basketball, and other sporting events.

Universities such as University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, University of Notre Dame, Purdue, University of Michigan, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and more are covered for long-distance charters.
